Shah Rukh turns biz consultant KBC participants want Shah Rukh to advice them on business plans, which includes making a film. The actor also gives out brand new cars to nine contestants in tonight's episode Sandipan Dalal It pays to make a blink-and-a-miss appearance (considering that only one out of 10 contestants gets to grab the hot seat) on Kaun Banega Crorepati, with Shah Rukh Khan being at the helm of things. The humble actor, who is known to frequently have behind-the-scenes interaction with participants, has been inundated with business proposals. It all started with a few participants having expressed their desire to communicate with the actor beyond the show. Little did the actor know then that a persistent bunch would want to consult him in setting up businesses and even aspire to start a film amongst other such requests. Talking about the proposals SRK says, "A few of the participants are in touch with my secretary. They have been sending emails to my office as well. However, I'm yet to look at them. I believe quite a few want to run their business plans with me." The illustrious actor is more than happy to help out his devoted fans. "I really wouldn't mind helping them out. A few who have won prize money have kept the money aside for a novel project. As for proposals of working together, I don't know what the future holds for me. But I'm surely meeting them after this KBC season comes to a close," says SRK. It's unlikely of the illustrious actor, who cans the last episode of the current season this Wednesday (March 28), to draw a closure without showering gifts on the participants. Khan believes that the nine contestants who are unable to make it to the hot seat also deserve a prize. After much brainstorming, the actor got thinking heads at Hyundai Santro (Khan endorses the brand) to give away brand new cars to the contestants who go back home without winning a penny. SRK says, "We have been thinking about giving out prizes to the contestants who don't make it to the hot seat. One can't ignore the fact that all these participants have spent a lot of time and energy to be a part of the show. After having spoken to a few people the Santro guys were kind enough to give out cars on the show." Tonight's episode will mark the goodwill gesture of the actor. However, on the sets the contestants weren't quite rejoicing. "I was expecting them to scream and shout. However, they were so surprised that they didn't know how to react," informs Khan. Considering that the actor's contract expires with Star in March 2008, he's expected to present the second season at the end of this year. "We intend to come up with the second season at the end of this year or early next year," he says. The actor who thoroughly enjoyed his run on television further informs, "The show ensured that I get to interact with so many people. It's a different story that some like me and a few even dislike me. But it was surely a welcome change. Before my stint on television, I was only limited to staying on the sets of my films. But, KBC gave me the chance to interact with people from all walks of life."
