I won't give any more details other than it was a fabulously made movie.

Its almost 1 AM and I must get into bed, and we just got back.

    SRK was fantastic, as expected.
Every role was played very well, and the movie moved at a good pace...with not a moment to spare.
My husband and kids loved it too...and the entire audience in the hall was cheering and clapping.
I think it is a wonderful prelude to our 60th year of independence.
Reinforces the pride in me being an Indian, and having SRK as a fellow citizen!
The movie undoubtedly stirs the soul, and pulls the heart strings.

Akoori, do u think srk performance in CDI is better than Swades?

    can't really compare.

All I can say is that he outdid himself in each role in its own place.

He has been so involved in each of the roles in their own way. Infact, sometimes even I forgot I was watching "him" as in "SRK himself" and I was so involved with the character.
And that's not easy coming from a crazy fan...if you kwim...???

    sonal SRK's D&G lover!

wow being that his character is a bit complicated to sketch, as he had said himself, sounds like he did an excellent job :thumb:

    thanks akoori...

I was thinking of this too. The Indian Express review said he was sbetter in Swades.

But I don't think so, each was superb in its own way. In CDI his character is more serious and intense, in Swades he got to show more emotions like humour and love, tenderness, pity... But that's how each character was written. in both cases, he's done full justice.

and hey akoori, it was nice exchanging SMSs with you before/after the show!
