You surely, should !!
You have read that book earlier, or come across it ??
when I saw his tweet yesterday , I was like "I've read this BEFORE" (I'm a crazy reader ) then...I thought more and, I was, okay, I've read this like it is, which means, in English which means, when I was living in India then, I "did som book browsing" into my english library, and tada! poem!!!
As a teacher, I spend my days into books, and there's nothing that I remember better than lines from a book and when I find that Shah reads or has read same books than me, so much that he quotes sentences it makes me SO happy
Wow! that's simply fantastic!!
Tweet from 1st of jan 2012 :
reading dave barry look at the world
I guess Shah Rukh means "The world according to Dave Barry"
Loving this kind of humour , very much!
hehe another tweet which is another clue
But I'm still decoding
will not allow anyone to look for misplaced items...like won't ask for directions.rib pain is ok...can't accept it hurts. Oh to be a man!
Tweet from 3rd of jan 2010
I'm sure it's a wink to make us think about "Why men won't ask for directions" by Richard C. Francis
wow, I'm still amazed by how eclectic are his choices...
Poems...then barry's funny wit
then this one which is a damn serious book which critics the "sociobiology"...(and all those in 3 days )
Very clever Anne!
Anne! You are AMAZING.
I'm learning for mister WIT himself
And i always think i've read the wrong books But now i have you sissy, so i will be best informed
Are you saying that I'm your mobile library?

Book in tweet again
10th January 2012 (via Twitter for Blackberry)Waiting for Godot?? A small part of our animal clan in the zoo called Mannat. Dash & Hulk. http://yfrog.com/nygbmvmj
Samuel Beckett, originally written in French : En Attendant Godot
(totally adore this one, I even had to translate it in old Latin when a student )
Now, my question is, since he seems to be "attacked" by french words nowaday, could it be possible that he reads it in French?
Anyway, this new avatar of Vladimir and Estragon is cute
How does he make this. So many books, sometimes even simultaneously, and then the scripts and his work and events.
'm an absolute bookworm, but that's supernatural. SRK must be a computer like G.one
The Long Dark Tea-Time of the Soul - Douglas Adams
i've read this & other Douglas Adams books. he's always humourous & witty...a great combo! just like Shah himself
tweet from 4th June 2012
"on a reading spree..Martial writes : Only the dead do honors gain, I prefer to carry on Alive and without acclaim"
extract from Martial, Epigram, and if I'm right, he speaks about the poem number I, 25 :
edited : "Cineri gloria sera uenit." which means "glory comes too late to a man who is ashes."
Another book by Ayn Rand that Shah Rukh Khan mentioned was the Fountainhead. In the November 2011 issue of Hi! Blitz, page 136, he said; "Ayn Rand's Fountainhead was a life-changing book."
Be the Worst You Can Be: Life's Too Long for Patience and Virtue
by Charles Saatchi
ShahRukh said it in a tweet :
@TripTeased i am reading be the worst you can be...ha ha.
10:15 AM - 22 Jun 12 via web (@iamsrk What are you reading these days ? )
so good, I needed an idea!
may 26th 2012, Shah Rukh tweets :
Quaint town far from material noises.Quiet as falling snow.TV showing war injuries on mute.Reintroducing myself 2 Milan Kundera
So he reads Milan Kundera's...The question is which one?
I'd like to know, too.
Reading "Mirrors" by Eduardo Galeano recommended by @iamsrk... an amazing retelling of history thru lives of forgotten ones. Must read!
